The principle of subcritical extraction: liquefying butane (boiling point -0.5 ° C) solvent, countercurrent extraction of the material krill powder, and then extracting the liquid phase, decompressing the solvent and separating the solvent from the extract oil to obtain krill oil. After the extracted solid phase is extracted several times, the useful components thereof are extracted, and the adsorbed solvent is vaporized under reduced pressure to obtain krill. The solvent vaporized from the oil and the hydrazine enters the recovery system, is compressed and liquefied in a solvent tank, and is recycled.

Process advantages:
