2. Description of the oil extraction process of soybean oil machine
2.1 Extraction process
The pretreated soybean blanks are sent to the extractor by the feeding scraper conveyor. The material runs a circle from the feeding port to the discharging port in the extractor, and is sprayed through the mixed oil with decreasing concentration. and soaking, and finally sprayed with fresh solvent, after passing through a drip drying area, it is continuously fed into the wet meal scraper. After the thickest mixed oil is filtered by the filter machine, it is pumped into the mixed oil tank with a mixed oil pump, and then sent to the first long-tube evaporator by a steam feed pump.
2.2 Extraction wet meal desolvation process
a High temperature part: the wet meal containing dissolved water comes out of the extractor, and the wet meal scraper is passed through the material sealing and auger, and then sent to the pre-stripping of the desolventizing machine. The desolventized wet meal enters the stripping layer; direct steam is introduced into the bottom to remove all the solvent, and at the same time part of the steam condenses in the meal, the moisture of the meal will increase, and the desolubilized meal will be quantified by the rotary valve and fall to the bottom. The drying layer is dried, and finally the material is controlled by the automatic feeding gate, and then sent to the meal warehouse by the meal scraper.
b Low temperature part: the wet meal containing dissolved wet meal comes out of the extractor, and the wet meal scraper is sent to the desolventizers A and B through the material sealing auger for desolvation, and the desolubilized low temperature meal enters the meal warehouse for screening. and packaging, wherein, the A tube is heated by solvent steam, and the B tube is heated by indirect steam.
2.3 Evaporation and desolvation process of mixed oil
Total negative pressure evaporation is used for the first steaming, second steaming, stripping and desolvation of the mixed oil. Use steam jet pump to pump negative pressure. The steam and solvent mixture ejected by the steam jet pump enters the cooking tank for separation.
After the mixed oil is precipitated in the mixed oil tank, it enters from the mixed oil tank, the first long tube evaporator tube side; the evaporated solvent enters the vacuum condenser through the separation chamber.
The mixed oil after the first evaporation enters the second long-tube evaporator for evaporation, the shell side is heated by indirect steam, and the evaporated solvent gas enters the vacuum condenser after passing through the separation chamber.
The mixed oil enters from the top of the stripping tower into the disc in the tower, and descends layer by layer, while direct steam is sprayed at the bottom to remove the solvent, and the top outlet is connected to a vacuum condenser.
2.4 Solvent cooling and water separation
The condensate of the condenser is collected into the liquid collecting tank respectively, and enters the water distribution tank, and is recycled after water separation. The extractor, the water separator, the free gas of the solvent storage and the free gas of the cooking tank are collected together, enter the tail gas balance tank, and then go to the last condenser, and the uncondensed gas from the last condenser enters the paraffin absorption tower.
2.5 Exhaust gas recovery device
The uncondensed gas from the tail gas balance tank enters the final condenser to recover the solvent. The final condenser does not condense the gas and enters the paraffin absorption tower to recover the residual solvent. The free gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan through the flame arrester.
3.3 Description of the oil extraction process plan of soybean oil machine
