Soybean oil machine
There are many process methods for soybean oil machines, generally there are pressing method and leaching method.
The leaching method also includes the method of peeling and leaching to make oil, puffing and extracting, flashing and desolventizing, and negative pressure evaporation and leaching to make oil. No matter which method is used, the obtained soybean oil has many impurities and cannot be eaten directly. Refining yields an edible refined oil.
The pressing method of soybean oil machine is divided into two kinds: ordinary pressing method and screw pressing method. Ordinary pressing is a method in which pressure is applied to soybeans. This method is not used much now, especially in industrialized mass production. The screw press method is to install a screw shaft in the cylinder of the horizontal device. After the pretreated soybeans enter the screw press machine, the oil is squeezed out while advancing. This method can be used for continuous production, but during the oil extraction process, due to friction and heat, the protein of the pressed cake will change to a large extent. Another pressing method is the cold pressing method, which is a method of making oil by directly sending soybeans into a cold pressing machine for cold pressing. This method has a low oil yield, but the soybean oil produced is of high quality.
The leaching method of the soybean oil machine is to use the solvent that can dissolve the oil, spray and penetrate, and use the effects of molecular diffusion and convective diffusion to extract the oil from the pretreated soybean material. Then, the mixed oil composed of solvent and fat is separated, and the solvent is recovered to obtain crude oil. Expansion extraction is to process the soybean embryo through an extruder, and then extract the oil. The extruded soybean meal obtained by this processing technology can be used as fish feed. Negative pressure evaporative leaching is a method of separating mixed oil by using the secondary steam in the evaporator as the energy source of the first evaporator. The flash desolvation method is to use A, B and high-temperature solvent gas to heat the solvent in the meal instantaneously to make it volatilize.
