The solvent vapors of primary steaming, secondary steaming, stripping, and leaching are respectively recovered through corresponding condensers, and the condensate is collected in the liquid collection tank, and after entering the comprehensive container for water separation, the solvent is then pumped into the leaching device to enter the next cycle and separated out. After the water is cooked in the cooking tank, the waste water is discharged. Sunflower seed crude oil has a lighter color, and the degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization processes are basically similar to soybean oil. Sunflower oil needs to be dewaxed again, and after dewaxing, it can reach the national first-class oil standard.

The degummed oil enters the decolorization process, adds activated clay to decolorize in the decolorization tower, and then pumps it into the leaf filter for filtration. The decolorized oil is pumped into the degasser for vacuum deoxygenation, then pumped into the oil-oil heat exchanger and deodorized oil for heat exchange and preheating, and then enters the heater to heat up to about 230-250°C and enters the combined deacidification and deodorization tower in high vacuum Deacidification and deodorization are carried out in the state, and the volatile substances such as fatty acid and odor in the oil are removed to a large extent. The mixed steam of fatty acid is discharged from the top of the tower and enters the fatty acid capture system to be captured and sold. The oil is drawn from the bottom and pumped into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the oil to be deodorized, and then deodorized oil is obtained after cooling. The deodorized oil is cooled and crystallized in the crystallization tank, and then transferred to the crystal growth stage. The crystallized and crystal-raised oil is pumped into the filter to separate wax and fat to obtain finished oil.

Equipped with a combined vacuum system, the degree of vacuum is lower, making it easier to volatilize odorous or acidic substances, and coupled with a double-tower deacidification and deodorization system, which reduces the formation of trans fatty acids and greatly improves the quality of sunflower oil.
