Degumming treatment of palm oil refining production line:
  Due to the particularity of palm oil, crude oil contains very little colloid, and conventional alkali refining degumming consumes a lot of refining, so crude oil passes through a bag filter to remove solid impurities, and is accurately measured by a mass flow meter before entering In the degumming process in the workshop, after heat exchange and heating, it is fully mixed with phosphoric acid and then reacted in the acid reaction tank for 20-40 minutes (depending on the quality of the crude oil), then the temperature is raised for drying, and the heat exchange operation between the dry oil and the crude oil saves energy. It is directly used in the next process for degumming by filtration. The dry oil tank is operated in a sealed vacuum state, and the oil does not come into contact with the air, which reduces the oxidation of the oil and ensures the inherent nutritional value of the oil.
  During the whole degumming process, all the temperature can be automatically controlled and the flow rate can be automatically adjusted. All operations can be completed in the control room.
Decolorization section of palm oil refining production line:
  After the degummed oil is preheated by the deodorized refined oil, it enters the pre-mixing tank after heating. The clay is added from the clay tank to the pre-mixing tank through a metering device. After stirring and mixing, the mixture of clay and oil enters the decolorization tower for decolorization reaction. Stay in the medium for about 30-60 minutes, filter through the decolorization pump into the Ama filter, and filter and separate the phospholipids, clay and oil in the oil at one time. After filtering, the decolorized oil first passes through a precision filter to remove the remaining clay particles, and then enters The degassing tank removes the residual oxygen in the oil. The temperature of the whole decolorization process can be controlled and adjusted automatically. The filtration system is automatically controlled to realize automatic oil feeding, circulation, filtration, cake cooking, slag discharge and other operations.
      In the decolorization section, a device for capturing odor is designed, and circulating water is used to capture and purge the odor in the steam to eliminate odor pollution in the decolorization process.
 
Deodorization section of palm oil refining production line:
  The decolorized oil from the decolorization section will enter the deodorization section to remove free fatty acids and unpleasant gaseous substances. Deodorization towers are used to remove these substances with steam under high vacuum conditions. The extracted fatty acids are collected in the fatty acid trap and sent to the receiving tank as a by-product.
  In order to save energy, the decolorized oil first passes through the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the deodorized high-temperature oil, and then is heated with high-pressure steam to a deodorized temperature of about 250°C-260°C.
  In the vacuum system of the deodorization section, a water ring vacuum pump is designed to capture the odor extracted by the deodorization vacuum with circulating water, and eliminate the odor pollution in the deodorization process.
