Rapeseed oil refining production line
Components of rapeseed oil; rapeseed oil contains 0.4-1.0% arachidic acid, 14-19% oleic acid, 12-24% linoleic acid, and 1-10% linolenic acid. From the perspective of nutritional value, the human body can digest and absorb rapeseed oil as high as 99%, and it has a gallbladder function. Rapeseed oil is a semi-dry oil containing erucic acid. Except for canola oil, other varieties of rapeseed oil contain more erucic acid, which accounts for about 26.3% to 57% of the fatty acid composition. High erucic acid rapeseed oil is not as nutritious as low erucic acid rapeseed oil, but it is especially suitable for making marine lubricants and industrial oils such as tires. During the oil making process, myrosinase is hydrolyzed by myrosinase to form some sulfur-containing compounds and other toxic components, which affect the quality of crude oil. The general rough refining process has a very low removal rate of sulfide, so edible rapeseed oil should be refined,

Processing situation analysis; the rapeseed deep processing industry is far behind the market demand, such as the output of rapeseed oil. The state encourages individuals to invest in the rapeseed deep processing industry to improve the mechanization level of production and processing. Through intensive processing, it can increase the efficiency of enterprises, increase the income of farmers, and create good oil for the market.
At present, there is still a large gap in domestic edible oil demand, and the market demand for rapeseed oil is increasing day by day. Rapeseed oil refining production line is a very important component in the production process of edible oil factories.

The purpose of processing rapeseed oil refining production line
Other components in oils and fats other than triglycerides are called impurities.
The purpose of refining is to remove impurities, maintain the biological properties of oil, and retain or extract useful substances. In fact, refining does not remove all impurities, but selectively removes impurities.
According to the composition and nature of impurities in rapeseed crude oil, it can be divided into three categories:
(1) Insoluble solid impurities, such as sediment, cake powder, fiber, clay, catalyst, etc.
(2) Peptizing impurities, such as free fatty acids, sterols, vitamin E, pigments, vitamins, gossypol, etc.
(3) Volatile impurities, such as water, alcohols, hydrocarbon solvents, odorous substances, etc.
Most impurities are detrimental to the oil quality and storage safety, for example, moisture not only affects the transparency of the oil but also promotes the hydrolysis and rancidity of the oil; free fatty acids affect the flavor and promote deterioration; Foaming, bitterness, etc.; various pigments directly affect oil color, and also promote oil rancidity; the existence of gum, sulfur, phosphorus compounds, soapstock, heavy metal salts, etc., makes it difficult for subsequent processes such as stripping and deacidification.
Five steps of rapeseed oil refining production line
(1) Degumming: remove phospholipids, mucus, resins, proteins, sugars, trace metals, etc. in crude oil, generally using hydration, acid refining, etc.
(2) Deacidification: remove free fatty acids, acid pigments, sulfides, insoluble impurities and trace metals in oil by neutralization with food-grade lye.
(3) Dehydration: Use heating and vacuum drying to remove the water in the refined oil.
(4) Decolorization: Use clay, aluminum silicate, activated carbon and other adsorbents to remove various pigments, colloids, oxides, etc. in the oil.
(5) Deodorization: The principle of vacuum stripping is used to remove low-molecular odor substances, free fatty acids, monoglycerides, diglycerides, sulfides, and thermal decomposition products of pigments in oil.
