Hydration degumming of rice bran oil physical refining machine
The quality of the product, and under the action of high temperature, it is easy to coke to form oil scale and adhere to the surface of the packing, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. Generally, the phosphorus content of hydrated degummed oil must be ≤30mg/kg.
First, raise the temperature of the crude oil to 80-85°C, add 0.3% of the oil amount and 85% phosphoric acid, and stir rapidly for 30 minutes. Then add a salt solution with a temperature of 90-95°C, an oil content of 8%, and a concentration of 5%, and stir slowly for 15 minutes, then let it settle for 2 hours, and release the oily residue.
For the washing of rice bran oil physical refining machine, first heat the degummed oil to 75-78°C, add an alum solution with a temperature of 90-95°C, 8% of the oil content, and a concentration of 5%, stir slowly for 15 minutes, then let it settle for 2 hours, and release the oil foot. Then raise the oil temperature to 75-78°C, add tap water with a temperature of 90-95°C and 8% of the oil volume, stir slowly for 15 minutes, let it settle for 2 hours, and release the oil foot for later use.
Drying of rice bran oil physical refining machine Before dry degumming, the water content of hydration degumming oil must be reduced to below 0.5%. The drying of hydration degumming oil is carried out in a continuous packing desolventizer, the drying vacuum is -0.09Mpa, and the oil inlet temperature is 105-110°C.

The key to physical refining of rice bran oil is to remove the colloidal substances in the oil as much as possible. The existence of a large number of colloidal substances will not only affect the yield, but also affect the quality of deacidification and deodorization in the later stage.
Dry degumming; dry oil is heated to about 85°C, and edible phosphoric acid with a concentration of 85% is added by a quantitative pump, and the amount added is 0.1% of the oil weight. The decolorized waste clay is used to filter and remove residual impurities such as phospholipids and metal ions to obtain dry degummed oil. Generally, the phosphorus content of dry degummed oil is ≤10mg/kg.
 
Decolorization of rice bran oil physical refining; 70% of the dry degummed oil is heated to 110°C and enters the decolorization tower for decolorization. After 30% of the oil enters the oil-soil mixer and mixes with the added white clay to make a paste, it is sucked into the decolorization tower by vacuum for decolorization. The decolorization tower has a double-layer structure and is stirred by steam. The vacuum degree of the decolorization tower is -0.09Mpa, the decolorization time of oil in the decolorization tower is 30min, and the addition amount of white clay is preferably 2%. If the decolorization effect is not good, a little activated carbon can be added for use.

Filtration for physical refining of rice bran oil; the operating pressure of the blade filter is 0.2-0.3Mpa, and the decolorized clear oil enters the vacuum decolorized oil temporary storage tank through the bag filter. Generally, the phosphorus content of decolorized oil is ≤5mg/kg, and the color is Y35, R6 or so. If the phosphorus content exceeds the standard, the reason must be found out before the next process can be carried out.
Dewaxing by physical refining of rice bran oil; the decolorized oil is exchanged with the cooling liquid through a plate heat exchanger, and the oil temperature drops to 22-25°C and then pumped into a stainless steel crystallization tank. Slowly cool down to 18°C to form crystals. The crystallization time is about 3h. Press the crystalline oil into the crystal growth tank, grow the crystal at a constant temperature of 18°C for 3 hours and filter to obtain the dewaxed oil.
Deacidification of rice bran oil physical refining; Dewaxed oil is heated to 250-260°C by an oil-oil heat exchanger and finally heated to a deacidification tower for deacidification. The deacidification tower is a structured packing tower, the oil flows down from the top under the action of gravity on the surface of the packing, and fully contacts with the saturated steam injected from the bottom to achieve the purpose of stripping and deacidification. The oil flow time in the tower is 5 minutes, the direct steam consumption is 2% of the oil weight, and the vacuum absolute pressure is ≤200Pa. The deacidified oil flows into the delayed decolorization tank under the action of gravity.
Time-delayed decolorization of rice bran oil physical refining Under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, heat-sensitive pigments such as chlorophyll and carotenoids in the deacidified oil are decomposed and removed. The time-delay decolorization tank is a horizontal tank body, which is divided into 4 compartments, and the oil flows in sequence inside. The temperature for delayed decolorization is 240-245°C, the absolute vacuum pressure is ≤200Pa, and the time is about 60min. The oil overflows to the deodorization tower under gravity.
Deodorization of rice bran oil physical refining The deodorization tower is a structured packing tower. The oil flows downward under the action of gravity from the top on the packing surface, and fully contacts with the saturated steam sprayed from the bottom to achieve the purpose of stripping and deodorizing. The oil flow time in the tower is about 15-20min, the deodorization temperature is ≥230℃, the direct steam consumption is about 1% of the oil weight, and the absolute vacuum pressure is ≤200Pa. The deodorized oil drawn from the bottom of the tower is cooled to below 40°C through an oil-oil heat exchanger and a final condenser. Generally, the acid value of deodorized oil is ≤0.2mgKOH/g, and the color is Y20, about R2.
The mixed fatty acids extracted from deacidification and deodorization are collected by the structured packing collection tower and flow to the fatty acid circulation tank, where the mixed fatty acids are cooled to 60-70°C. The cooled mixed fatty acids are pumped into the top distributor of the trapping tower by the fatty acid circulation pump. The fatty acid flows from top to bottom on the surface of the filler, and contacts with the high-temperature mixed fatty acid gas flowing from bottom to top to complete heat exchange, so that the mixed fatty acid gas becomes liquid and is trapped. Generally, the acid value of the mixed fatty acid is between 150-190mgKOH/g.
Degreasing of rice bran oil physical refining; The rice bran oil in the deacidification section is pumped into the stainless steel degreasing tank, and under the action of slow stirring with a scraper device, the temperature is slowly lowered to 3°C by using the jacketed refrigerant circulation. The defatted rice bran oil was obtained by growing crystals at a constant temperature of 3°C for 6 hours and filtering.

4. Encapsulation of rice bran oil

In this refining process, the double-tower coupling deodorization and deacidification process is optional, and the combined vacuum system is selected.
