Depending on different oil production process, edible oil extraction is divided into Directly oil extraction and Pre-pressed oil extraction.
1. Direct oil extraction: also called" once extraction" , oil materials will be directly extracted after pretreatment ,which is used for low oil contain oil seeds.
2. Pre-pressed oil extraction: Oil materials will be pre-pressed part of oil , and pre-pressed oil cake will be extracted , wich is used for high oil contain oil seeds.
Palm oil extraction is similar as palm kernel oil extraction, sunflower oil extraction and cottonseed oil extraction etc, adopts the pre-pressed oil extraction.The choice of palm oil extraction process and palm oil machine will effect oil quality , production consumption ,oil yield etc, so it's very important to choose one advanced and reasonable palm oil extraction process with good combination of palm oil machine.

B. Most important palm oil extraction machine is solvent oil extractor, there are many different types; oil extraction tanks, rotocel oil extractor ,loop type oil extractor, towline oil extractor etc.

2. Wet meal desolventizing and drying

Mixed oil filter→ mixed oil bin→ first evaporator→second evaporator→stripping tower→ extraced crude palm oil
After oil extractor, mixed oil contains solvent , which need evaporate . Evapotation is using different boiling point between oil and solvent to make solvent transform into gas evaporated.
